Susie and Ivan met in high school, but they didn’t start dating until later. They connected again on that well known little social media tool called Facebook. If FB didn’t existed, I still believe they would have found each other again. The thing I love about them most is their love for cooking. I always say food brings people together and these two are proof. 🙂 It has brought them lots of fun memories. For example, right around the beginning of their relationship Ivan cooked for all of Susie’s family. Talk about pressure, he passed the test though, obviously! Then there was that AMAZING moment when Ivan proposed during a cooking class! Could it get any better? Well it does, when we discussed their engagement shoot and they mentioned they wanted to make pancakes, I may have scream for joy… a little. HELLO! I mean, anyone who knows me knows I’m obsessed with pancakes. This shoot was truly a representation of them as couple and it might be why I love it so much, or maybe because they feed me pancakes too. 😉
