My sweet girl turns two today… two years ago she made me a mother, the best role I have ever had in this life. My love for her just grows and grows even when I think I couldn’t love her any more. She changed my life in all the right ways. 🙂 Ivan and I are so proud of her and the little person she is growing up to be.

Ayla, our Ayla we love you so much! You make us laugh A LOT with your little personality. In the last year you have GROWN so much, you sing and TALK a whole lot. You say things like, “I am done sleeping” so we can come get you from your crib. You ask almost every morning to wear your Dodgers shirt and if we let you wear it, it is always a fight to take it off of you. You will watch baseball with Dad any chance you get. You sing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star to us right before bed, but not before you say good night to every single family member including Roxy. And your quick to notice if one of your stuffed animals is missing from your crib. You can count to 10 and sing your ABC’s but the best is reading books with you before EVERY nap time and before EVERY bedtime, because you would not have it any other way. Your favorite books right now are the Lil Libros books and momma enjoys them too. 🙂 Also, in the last year you became a big sister and how you have embraced this role is sooooo sweet, you always make sure Miss Valyn is OK and you would give her kisses all day if we let you. I hope that lasts! 😉 We love you to the moon and back my girl.

Yesterday, we spent the day at Disneyland celebrating Miss Ayla!

The best picture of the day was taken by a family sitting next to us, I was living in the moment of watching her with Minnie that I didn’t grab my camera until after this moment. I am SOOOOOO thankful for people that are kind enough to appreciate life’s little joys and sharing it. 🙂
